Terms
The agreement between you and tswap (a Shadowlabs project). By creating an account you accept these terms and the Rules.

The service
tswap is a free place where builders test each other’s apps and websites and share the results on X. It is provided as it is: we work to keep it running and fair, but we don’t promise that a test will fill, pass, or lead to a store approval.

Your account
You must be 16 or older, use your own X handle and keep your sign-in secure. One account per person.

Credits
Credits are earned by testing and spent to get tests. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and can be held back or removed when they were earned against the Rules.

Paid options
Paused for now: tswap takes no payments. Featured and Boost are free within limits, and nothing below can be bought until we announce it.
Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and charged once by Stripe; nothing renews by itself. Pro lasts 30 days from payment.
Featured, Boost and Pro start when paid. Guaranteed testers: if we can’t place the testers you paid for, the unfilled part is refunded. Anything charged by mistake is refunded; write to contact@testswap.app.
Paying never buys better reviews or skips the checks.

Your content
You keep the rights to what you post. You allow tswap to show it on tswap and in the share cards and posts you choose to publish, for as long as it is on tswap. Post only what you have the right to share.

Text messages (SMS)
Program: tswap verification codes. When you click “Text me a code” in Settings, you agree to receive one text with a one-time code for each request. Message frequency: one per request. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or write to contact@testswap.app. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See Privacy for how your number is handled.

Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We can suspend or close an account that breaks the Rules or these terms; you can appeal by email.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, tswap is not liable for indirect losses, for apps or sites tested through it, or for what other members do. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Québec law.

Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada. We announce changes that matter before they apply; continuing to use tswap afterwards means you accept them.
